This works great if you need a nice flush cut on some hose, small wire etc. It is also great for vinyl tile installers where you chop a corner or other straight cut. Remember its a "Stanley" type blade held into a pair of pliers and the blade cuts against a anvil. The drawback I see is that it only opens about 1 inch wide at the tip (can not cut large hose in one pass).

This thing cuts through anything! It's great for yard-work and around the house. The fact that I can (and already have) replace the blade, meaning I always have a razor's edge, just makes it better.

These cutters are awsome and they are even better because of the price. the utility of there cutters is amazing and the simplicity of the cutter being able to change the blade so easly is awsome. over all i think this is a great product!

I purchased this after reading the carefully scripted description. Any normal person would conclude that they are buying a Gerber tool, however when you open your package you will be holding a copy made in China. It is a fair copy but not the real thing.
