NOT well made. HORRIBLE Customer ServiceSep 06, 2007 The other poster is CORRECT. The intake hose is junk, lasts about a month. The forward and reverse mechanism also is pretty poorly made. That lasted about a year and now leaks. Don't even BOTHER calling or trying to contact customer service. They don't respond. Decent idea spoiled by shoddy workmanship and materials

Good product.Feb 21, 2007 I bought this model a few weeks ago. So far I like it. The rewind rotation is about 1/2 to 1 rotation per second if I'm corrected.
screws are not included. you need four 2-1/2" or longer if you intend to mount it on the wall. the 1/2" gray hose will dump water during the rewind process so you need to direct it to your garden or on the grass.

Cheap Intake Hose and HORRIBLE customer serviceApr 26, 2006 Spend your money elsewhere. The intake hose, which is made out of cheap vinyl, will spring leak after a couple of days. Good luck trying to find a replacement. E-mails to the manufacturer's "customer service" go unanswered. Don't waste your time or money. REEL PATHETIC
What a great idea!Sep 24, 2005 This really is an amazing idea. It sure beats rolling up a heavy hose, and is simple enough that the gardener figured out how to do it just by looking at it. I'm very impressed and am ordering another one for my front yard.

Great idea and a great product!Jun 30, 2005 Only time will tell how good of quality this product is, but my first impression is fantastic. It works flawlessly. The hose unwinds easily and rewinds amazingly.
Every homeowner needs at least two of these. I'm buying six more for Christmas gifts! Thanks for a great product.
