snow shovel ordered replaced with another shovelMar 23, 2007
I ordered the snow shovel as shown. I was told this shovel was discontinued and a replacement was sent without telling me until the shovel arrived at my home.
After various conversation I was told to return the shovel and then I would recover a partial refund.
After I sent the shovel back,I was told tokeep the item and I would receive the full refund.
My discuss over this transaction, I paid shipping charges to return this item, and would like to be refunded,because it was the suppliers problem by sending me the different shovel without notification.
